The hypoxic chamber offers a unique environment for those who are preparing to compete at altitude or for the general fitness user. The chamber works by reducing the quantity of circulating oxygen from normal levels of between 20% and 21% to levels between 14%-16%, which is equivalent to an altitude of 7,000 – 9,000 feet.
