Be guided, advised and practice getting the best results you can to be The Third Space Superstar! This class will be running all this winter supporting the TTS Superstars challenge (ask the Duty PTI or at reception for more details) Practise the 3km run, 1minute dips, 2minute sit-ups and a 5km row.
