If you are looking for an improvement in strength, aerobic and anaerobic fitness then our range of conditioning classes are what you need.

Core Conditioning

Blast that six-pack with this 15-minute blitz on your abdominals.

Hardcore

Feel like an extreme abs class? Spend 30min attacking your six-pack and core muscles.

PWR: Stretching

Post-Workout Recovery Stretching. Do the right thing and finish your workout with a sequence of thorough assisted stretches to avoid that post-workout burn.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells can deliver unparalleled fitness training if you're looking to burn fat, build up high levels of cardio fitness and phenomenal gains in strength and power. The kettlebell is back with a vengence!

TTS Superstars

Be guided, advised and practice getting the best results you can to be The Third Space Superstar! This class will be running all this winter supporting the TTS Superstars challenge (ask the Duty PTI or at reception for more details) Practise the 3km run, 1minute dips, 2minute sit-ups and a 5km row.

SCS

Group Strength Conditioning System. Designed to enhance muscular strength using free weights.

Sculpt

A body conditioning class that uses weights and toning exercises to firm, tighten and sculpt the body.
