Dance classes are suitable for all with those with just a hint of rhythm – and we even have classes for those who don’t. Our dance instructors cover all styles – from mainstream, to specialised, to sexy!

The next time you watch or hear that video you can ‘throw some shapes’ to it!
Pump It Up
Another exclusive class to the Third Space direct from the Ministry of Sound. This class mixes clubbing dance moves with aerobic exercise to produce a fast, effective and hugely enjoyable way of getting fit.
Hula Hoop
Why should hula-hoop fun be exclusive to the kids? Even if you were rubbish at hooping as a child, you will soon find yourself getting into the rhythm of this fun core-functioning class. Large weighted hoops help maintain a slow controlled pace, whilst smaller or lighter hoops offer a more challenging pace as you develop. The hula hoop doesn’t just stop at the waist either! As you progress, participants can learn to control the hoop on their hips, move it up the body and overhead using the arms, even whilst moving around the room, creating some unique dance choreography! The distinctive quality and rhythm of the hoop also makes this class quite a meditative and relaxing workout.
