45min spin class followed by a 45min outdoor run- this class is not for the faint-hearted! Combining two fantastic disciplines, this intense cardio workout is ideal for triathlon training.
Running Club
A 60 minute running session starting and finishing at reception. This session caters for various paces and abilities and takes you out and around our wonderful city.
Park Fitness
Join your classmates in Reception before venturing into the great outdoors. Regardless of your fitness level, you will find exercises here that hit the spot. If you would like your friends to see what your fantastic Club has to offer then bring them along too - the class is open to non members for just £10.
