Resistance Floor
Beyond our special glass floor we have over 40 pieces of pin loaded machine weights, with everything you need from the best equipment manufacturers, such as Cybex, Life Fitness, and Technogym.
This floor is also where you will find a lighter free weights area and stretch zone. It is on this floor the DJ sets up, pumping tunes through the whole Club to really set the training atmosphere.
