One Rep Max
This calculator will help you calculate your one rep max (1RM). In weight training, this is the maximum amount of weight you can lift in a single repetition for a given exercise and can be used for determining your maxiumum strength.
These can be used to determine the desired "load" for an exercise. Simply enter the resistance you can lift for a number of reps (between 1-10) and it will tell you your approximate 1RM for that lift, along with a range of percentages for that 1RM.
