Background

Alex comes from an extremely active and sporty background having played several sports at county level whilst at school including tennis, rugby, swimming and cricket. Alex has now been a Personal Trainer for 21 years with management experience and satisfied clients stretching all the way from Australia, South Africa and to all corners of the UK. Alex is the kind of trainer that takes pride in his work giving nothing less than 100% to his clients and in everything else he does.

Whether it's a day of strength and conditioning, a day of balance and stabilisation or a day of circuit training, Alex believes in always keeping things fresh and mixing things up so that the body is always guessing and never becoming stagnant or complacent to the exercises at hand whilst at the same time creating a fun, exciting and challenging training environment.
