After playing football and rugby from an early age, it was an injury during a college training session that turned Andy’s attention from playing to coaching. Never fully satisfied with the standard of coaching and rehabilitation offered at the time, Andy set about qualifying as a coach to explore the field further.
Now he has over ten years experience in the fitness industry, working initially as a fitness coach and personal trainer, and then moving into management for several years in Health Clubs outside London. Then in 2008, looking for a new challenge and wanting to get back into his passion of one-to-one personal training, Andy moved to London to join the team at The Third Space.
There’s no one ‘best exercise’ to achieve a goal. Try and find out what works for you and try to enjoy yourself along the way. Integrate as many training concepts into your sessions as possible and see which one’s fit your body and your personality.
