Anwar is a passionate result-orientated personal trainer who takes a holistic approach to exercise and nutrition. With over 8 years personal training experience, he has worked with a number of clients with a wide range of needs and mixed abilities from housewives to MMA fighters. You can feel confident that Anwar can help you achieve your desired body, fit back in to those skinny jeans, win your next race, score more goals or get the muscles you have always wanted.
Over the years his career has taken him around the world, spending time working and studying in the United States including Los Angeles and Miami. Always looking to further his education, in 2008 he completed a degree in Exercise, Nutrition and Health to gain a deeper understanding and develop an effective training style to help train his clients. His aim is to help set both realistic and achievable goals, through a program that is bespoke to your requirements, whilst ensuring that we incorporate exercises that you find enjoyable to keep each session fun and interesting
Anwar has always loved sports and as a kid played Football and competed in track and field and now regularly competes in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and enjoys participating in Parkour
