Background

Work life can take it's toll and few know this better than Ben who having spent many years in the city decided to put health and fitness first. Having run and instructed a thai boxing club at university, he trained religiously throughout his time in office based work and wanted to go further with Personal Training to help others balance their work and their health.



Ben has enjoyed great success with a diverse range of clients from individuals just looking to shape up, to experienced gym-goers looking to take their training to the next level. Highly tailored programs, nutritional guidance and support are all key to achieving impressive realistic goals. With the right training you will be amazed at the results.



With a diverse range of sporting knowledge at his disposal, training sessions can involve everything from traditional gym exercise to exciting techniques from Parkour and martial arts.
