Background
Chris loves working with clients to optimise their performance and help them reach their goals whether that be in weight loss and conditioning or in rehabilitation after an injury.
Chris began his career in health by training as a physiotherapist at Keele University from 2002-2005. Chris then joined the NHS where he gained experience in a wide range of physiotherapy settings. In 2007, Chris studied for a diploma in Personal training and Sports Massage. He then moved into the private sector working at Fit4Life physiotherapy in Fulham where he developed his skills in personal training, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation.
He then went on to work at Kensington physiotherapy along with freelancing as a personal trainer, this enabled Chris to use his Physiotherapy skills along with personal training knowledge to obtain superb results with clients.
He is a specialist in rehabilitation from injury, injury prevention and conditioning with an emphasis on exercise technique. He played hockey to a national league level and also enjoys club football.
Philosophy
Assessment and reassessment are the keys to achieving success. You need to know your base levels of fitness, size, nutrition, biomechanics so you can customize your training in order to maximize your results and reach your goals in the shortest period of time.
