Background
James spent many years with the Royal Marine Commandos. He has experienced arguably some of the hardest training in the British forces. He furthered his interest in sport and exercise by studying Sports Science at university. He worked as a freelance PT before joining TTS and his sports are rugby, cricket and crossfit.
Philosophy
The body is designed to be physical and fuelled by natural wholesome foods. This has a major affect on your mental wellbeing. Neglect these key components and your doing yourself a disservice.
