Background

Jenny's journey to becoming a fitness professional began eleven years ago. She joined a gym after gaining almost three dress sizes and has successfully maintained her current weight since. Over the years, she has built up a wealth of knowledge through her passion for all things related to health and fitness.


 

Philosophy

Through her own personal experience, Jenny understands that the little extra push by someone who cares, observes and corrects technique, regularly gives praise, educates and recognises personal achievements can make a huge difference to anyone, regardless of their fitness levels. Jenny ensures that each session is varied and challenging, whilst keeping in line with your individual abilities. Jenny is passionate and committed in helping you to achieve your personal goals, and is confident that you have much to gain during the process!
