Jezz Wilcox
Jezz began his career within the Health and Fitness industry in 2001, since then he has helped a wide range of people achieve their goals. His passion for the industry shows in his diverse training techniques and experiences working with both professional sports people and keen fitness enthusiasts.
He has also had the privilege to have trained with some of the best coaches in their fields in the UK, Canada, US and Thailand.
Most recently Jezz has been featured writing a bespoke excercise plan for the readers of 'Cosmopolitan'. He trained the winner of the most dramatic body transformation in 8 weeks for 'Men's Health' magazine, which he also contributed via his monthly column 'The Muscle Mentor'.
