Background

Laura began her fitness journey early, enthusiastically starting out with gymnastic classes, trampoline and athletics. Laura has represented her home county Merseyside in 100-Meter Sprint and Javelin events.

Her biggest achievement in sport was with the Wirral Volleyball Club. Here she played for Liverpool team in the regional volleyball championships from 1995 -2000.

Laura has been in the industry for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience working at different levels, from studio management, teaching exercise classes through to one to one personal training.

Her personal fitness journey and her desires for success have lead her to actively compete in the UK and International Fitness Modeling competitions. Laura leads by example and feels it’s important to strive towards optimal health and fitness through practical nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Her training approach is to assess individual needs and personal requirements for structured strength gains, suitable weight loss, avoiding illness /injuries, improving body alignment, muscular definition and improvements to general health.

Nutrition, exercise and lifestyle coaching is central to Laura’s principles for optimal health and vitality.

She is fully committed to helping people achieve their full potential and will educate, empower and support her clients through their personal fitness journey.

With over 10 years experience working in the fitness industry, health and fitness physique is still personally important to her, she continues to pursue her passion for this by training and competing in UK and Internal Fitness Modeling competitions.
She’s genuinely committed to helping others achieve their fitness potential.
