With a degree in Dance with Performing Arts, Lucy’s passion for dance and many other forms of exercise and fitness has brought her to her current position as an Advanced Instructor and Personal Trainer. Her contagious enthusiasm for a broad spectrum of gym-based activities means that her sessions will always be fun as well as focused!
