Background
Having worked in a corporate environment for over 12 years, Nav decided to persue her fascination in the human body through her studies of different movement techniques (and proprioceptive awareness), as well as anatomy, physiology and nutrition. NAV IS CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE AND WILL RETURN TO THE CLUB IN 2012.
Philosophy
I am a firm believer of training body movements instead of body parts, because everything about the body's engineering is connected. Functional training is not just about getting stronger or bigger, it is about reducing injuries and improving performance.
