Coming from a football background, Richie moved into Personal Training ten years ago after working with young players at both Fulham FC and Crystal Palace. His love of sport has also seen him box to regional level and complete numerous marathons and endurance events, and this passion is replicated in his variety of workouts, all served up with a healthy dose of South London banter!
