Background
Sean is a professional Sports Model, published Fitness Writer and highly regarded personal trainer with over 10 years experience in the Sports and Fitness Industry. He is also a Maximuscle Ambassador: teaming with MaxiNutrition to provide his writing, sports modelling and personal training skills.
From 2006 - 2008 Sean was the head Royal Marines Commando Physical Training Instructor at the Commando Training Centre in Devon, the only camp in the world where British soldiers are trained to be Commandos.
Sean's second book, "Running, a step-by-step guide" published by Haynes will be available later this year and follows his first book, "Royal Marines Fitness: a physical training manual". Sean has also written for numerous publications including a 30 page supplement for Men's Health.
As a published writer and with his first hand experience that the entertainment industry requires peak physical condition at less than a days notice, Sean has real life, personal experience of up keeping low body fat, high muscle tone through high level/intensive training, rather than excessive dieting (he has a real sweet tooth!)
