Sean Lerwill
Sean is an ex-Royal Marines Commando Physical Training Instructor with a successful background in a number of sports and adventurous activities. Sean served in various Royal Marines Units around the country, as well as taking part in numerous exercises and Operations across the globe.
From 2006 – 2008 Sean was head of Physical Training at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM) in Devon: the only camp in the world where British soldiers are trained to become Commandos.
In 2009 Sean was asked to author the Royal Marines Fitness Manual, which was published by Haynes and will shortly be available to buy at Reception.
