Triathlon season is coming!

 

If you are planning to enter a triathlon (or duathlon) next year, now is the time to start preparing for it. We have put together a range of triathlon training packages to get you in the best possible shape before the racing season starts!
 
 
Starter Package   - £ 400
 
This will cover all aspects of you competing in a triathlon with 3 x 1 hour sessions dedicated to each discipline, plus a full personal biomechanical assessment.
 
Includes:
  • 1 x personal assessment / consultation to structure your program
  • 3 x triathlete strength conditioning sessions to improve endurance
  • 2 x swimming conditioning sessions with stroke correction and open water techniques
  • 2 x running training to improve VO2 and run biomechanics
  • 2 x bike sessions on the turbo trainer to increase power output
  • 3 month periodised program to suit your individual needs
 
 
PB Package   - £ 765
 
A comprehensive package and aimed at the triathlete who has competed before and are looking to improve times.
 
Includes:
  • The triathlete assessment at Ki Performance (including VO2 and lactates)
  • 1 x personal assessment / consultation to structure your program
  • 3 x triathlete strength conditioning sessions to improve endurance
  • 2 x swimming conditioning sessions with stroke correction and open water techniques
  • 2 x running training to improve VO2 and run biomechanics
  • 2 x bike sessions on the turbo trainer to increase power output
  • 3 month periodised program to suit your individual needs
 
 
Elite Package   - £ 1,335
 
For those who are competing regularly and looking to push their triathlon performance to the next level.
 
Includes:
  • The Third Space Performance Check at Ki Performance
  • 1 x personal assessment / consultation to structure your program
  • 3 x triathlete strength conditioning sessions to improve endurance
  • 2 x swimming conditioning sessions with stroke correction and open water techniques
  • 2 x running training to improve VO2 and run biomechanics
  • 2 x bike sessions on the turbo trainer to increase power output
  • 3 month periodised program to suit your individual needs
 
 
Test Train Test   - £ 540
 
A distance approach to training for triathlon.
 
Includes:
  • The triathlete assessment at Ki Performance (including VO2 and lactates)
  • 4 x sessions to be booked weekly/monthly covering strength/swim/bike/run
  • Re-assessment at Ki Performance to monitor progress
 
 
Single Sessions
 
These sessions are for the experienced triathlete who is looking to improve in a certain discipline. They are a great way of assessing the technical aspects of completing a triathlon, but regular updates are advised to ensure the skills are correct and to progress specific fitness efficiently.
 
Swim   - £ 30
  • 1 to 1 personal session for 30 minutes in the pool
  • Private lane access
  • Stroke correction / Stroke rate
  • Sighting and open water training
  • Race pace calculations
  • Basic personalised program
Bike   - £ 50
  • 1 to 1 personal session for one hour on the turbo trainer
  • Bike set up
  • Gear selection for flat/gradient
  • Individualised cadence settings
  • Race pace calculations
  • Basic personalised program
Run   - £ 50
  • 1 to 1 personal session for one hour on the treadmill
  • Gait analysis
  • Run biomechanics
  • Basic personalised program
