Alexsandra Rehlinger has been facilitating health internationally since 1988.
“In the beginning I contemplated studying orthodox medicine but after investigation into the creation and recovery of health chose to start with Psychology using the Arts. I graduated with honours in Art and Psychology at the prestigious Loyola Marymount University and worked successfully as a therapist with runaways in a family crisis unit in Los Angeles. It was there that I clearly saw how diet and biochemistry made the difference to a person’s state and ultimately their perspectives, choices and behaviours. I knew as a competitive tri-athlete that nutrition was vital for performance and focus. Then a major accident changed my life and attention distinctly towards rehabilitation and therapeutic nutrition, eventually leading me to study and gain qualification with pioneers in the field of clinical and naturopathic nutrition (Barbara Wren, Dr Lawrence Plaskett, Patrick Holford, Dr Jeffrey Bland)—and Chinese food medicine (Montse Bradford). Still, I felt there was more to learn about the mind-body connection and obtained a Diploma in Applied Systematic Kinesiology and a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. These provided me with even more advanced skills to identify subtle and chronic imbalances and more effectively facilitate optimal and sustainable health. I now integrate these into innovative ‘whole person’ life changing protocols that have patients travelling from Europe, the Middle East, US and even the far corners of London and England.”
Alexsandra has taught and lectured on the nutritional and holistic aspects of chronic immune disease, weight loss, depression, digestive and hormone problems. She’s also known for her healthy performance tonic recipes. She is continually researching but has now begun to teach her integrative methods of analysis and treatment. The basis of her practice honours nature itself and the intelligence of the whole organism while focussing on health creation rather than disease or symptom management. It’s a process that has many facets but three main applications: Rebalance biochemistry with therapeutic diet, supplementation and detoxification. Realign subtle skeletal, muscular and neurological imbalances through manual kinesiological techniques. Reconnect to natural well being with energy and breath work, vibrational remedies and in-depth intuitive counselling.
She lives a ‘normal’ active London lifestyle crammed with travelling to and fro, yoga, rollerblading, gardening, writing and painting, lots of reading, eating good food and long walks on the heath.
