Bernard trained as a masseur in Melbourne and went on to work with the Australian cycling team in their tour of Europe.
He then studied Shiatsu in Japan and Oriental Medicine in South Korea. Upon his return from the Far East Bernard formed the British Shiatsu Association, taught acupuncture in UK hospitals and was the general practitioner at many professional Football clubs in the UK including Manchester United, Chelsea, Everton and Newcastle.
Bernard specialises in Acupuncture for Sports Injuries and infertility as well as in general acupuncture.
