Introduction
Mindfulness is an everyday practice. A way to look after your mind and body. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a scientifically proven and recommended by N.I.C.E. to reduce Stress, Stress related health issues, anxiety and depression.
Coaching enables you to learn practical, everyday ways of switching off intrusive thoughts and reconnecting your mind and body moment by moment. At the same time you encourage clarity of thoughts, and letting go of tension. Belinda facilitates your connection through guided meditation, specifically for the issues you need support with and developing powerful ways to improve your mind body connection, physical and mental health. Meditation and mindfulness can support our awareness of how we eat and how much we eat as is beneficial in developing health eating and weight options.

What happens in a consultation?
These sessions are normally on a weekly basis for 8 weeks and are an opportunity to experience some of the practises associated with the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and workshops.
Belinda Freeman is an accredited Mindfulness Meditation Instructor and has over 30 years experience in meditation, and wellbeing and over 10 years experience in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
