January Fitness Challenge at The Third Space in Marylebone

The January challenge is a timed challenge: Four exercises, 50 reps.

You are free to do the exercises in any order you like, and you can break down the reps into different sets.
There are two levels, beginner and advanced, and a prize will be award to the fastest in both categories.
Reps with poor form will not be counted...

The Challenge:

Advanced Level
50 Burpees
50 Bodyweight Squats
50 Press Ups
50 Pull Ups

Beginner Level
50 Squat Thrusts
50 Bodyweight Squats
50 Raised Press Ups
50 Upright Rows

See Jenny or any of the Personal Trainers to motivate and time you.
