Fiona Jenkinson competed on Saturday in The English Olympic Lifting Championships and has returned to us with a Silver medal!

After all the hard training and diet, she achieved a personal best of a 140kg total lift (58kg snatch and 82kg clean/jerk).

Fiona showed amazing strength and brilliant technique, and the Silver was particularly impressive given that she was competing against women in the A group of the GB Olympic Lifting team.
