What is Park Fitness?
Our Park Fitness sessions focus on bodyweight exercises, sporting movements, drills, group games and fun!
Regardless of your fitness level, you will find exercises here that hit the spot. There will be a mix of old favourites plus things you've never tried before!
Each session will include a warm-up, fitness activities and games and a cool-down and stretch.
