What is Park Fitness?
Our Park Fitness sessions focus on bodyweight exercises, sporting movements, drills, group games and fun!
Regardless of your fitness level, you will find exercises here that hit the spot. There will be a mix of old favourites plus things you've never tried before!
There are many reasons why we think you'll love exercise outdoors in London's greatest parks, but if you can't think of any, here are some of ours:

- You'll improve fitness
