Cherie is an intuitive mover with a broad movement background including yoga and professional contemporary dance.
Cherie aims to help you release restrictions in the body and experience the joy of moving fluidly and freely through life no matter what your movement background.
She combines a steady, gentle and nurturing approach with lightness and a sense of humour to facilitate gradual and lasting changes in the body.

Ian has worked in ballet and contemporary dance, and this background influences his approach to both Pilates and Gyrotonic.
He pays particular attention to alignment and coordination, believing that movement quality is a key element in exercising effectively, whether for rehabilitative purposes or general conditioning

Lina Granborg - Pilates Instructor
Lina has a dance background and encountered Pilates 10 years ago when she suffered stress injuries to her back and pelvis. The Pilates method became the tool to break bad habits and to learn to move in a more efficient and economical way. The result was a pain free and functional body!
Lina is a member of Pilates Foundation.

Yusef Sonne - Pilates Instructor
Yusef Sonne has a long history in Contemporary Dance having toured with various Dance Companies after gaining a First Class B.A (Hons) Degree.
Yusef gained two qualifications in massage and also in fitness training and subsequently combines these disciplines with Pilates to provide varied and in-depth training. Yusef has also worked extensively in Pre and Post natal Pilates.

Monica applies a somatic approach to Pilates, with an emphasis on making connections between the body and the mind. Her focus is enjoying movement whilst paying attention to alignment and breath. Her background is in physical theatre and takes inspiration from a variety of different physical disciplines.

Tasha Bermingham - Pilates Instructor
Tasha discovered Pilates 10 years ago in New Zealand as a dancer. Since then Tasha has gained a BA in English and qualified as a Pilates Foundation teacher. Tasha finds the Pilates studio a place of serenity where full body and mind integration can be achieved: such integration allows for the development of true balance between strength and flexibility. Tasha focuses on mobility versus stability and economy of movement to re pattern the body's postural and alignment habits.

Cordelia’s ten years experience of Pilates, bodywork, and other movement techniques gives her a deep understanding of how the body works.
She has worked extensively with health professionals including Podiatrists and Physiotherapists, giving her knowledge and experience in Injury Rehabilitation. Her approach suits those who wish to refine their fitness regime as well as those recovering from injury or back pain.

Giorgio Trappolini - Pilates Instructor
Giorgio is a certified instructor in matwork (floor-based exercises) and studio (apparatus-based exercises) as well as a Polestar Pilates mentor. His approach is methodical and he brings scientific precision to core control to ensure every exercise is functional and results-orientated as well as enjoyable. He is also a Master Trainer in the Les Mills system of group fitness classes and he has infused his Pilates repertoire with the physicality and technical cohesiveness of these programmes, to provide more challenging, physically-demanding exercises for those clients who will benefit from them.
