Background
Cherie has a broad movement background including yoga and professional contemporary dance. Scoliosis and other structural limitations led Cherie to find Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis exercise, which have helped her to free the restrictions in her body and strengthen it by balancing internal connection with stretch and flow.
Cherie aims to help you find a strong connection to your body so you can improve your core stability, fluidity, flexibility and co-ordination. She uses techniques from Yoga,Qi Gong and dance as well to help you expand your breath capacity,re-energise your body and move with more strength, centeredness and grace.
