Kirsten is a passionate and energetic teacher of Gyrotonic, Gyrokenisis and Yoga. She places a strong focus on alignment and believes wholeheartedly in the power of mind body fitness to transform not only people's bodies, but also their lives.

Kirsten has a particularly good understanding of the stressed office executive, having been one herself for many years. Gyrotonic provides excellent cross training for regular gym goers; including marathon runners and triathletes.
