Background
Tasha discovered the Pilates technique while training at the New Zealand School of Dance in 2001. Over recent years Tasha has taught at Laban Pilates Studio, The Third Space Pilates Studio and Trevor Blount Pilates Studio in London, Absolute Pilates and Bodywise in Auckland, New Zealand.
For Tasha, practising Pilates helps one realise the importance of body-mind integration and helps find the balance between strength, flexibility and energy flow. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities.
