One to One Pilates and Gyrotonic Sessions
An intensive one hour session with an instructor.
The instructor will work with you to develop your training and help you reach your personal goals.
Pilates Studio Group Session
A one hour Group session, with a maximum of 4 participants.
Our small, focused Group sessions are a fantastic way to take your Pilates training to the next level. Our groups hold a maximum of 4 people and, rather than being mat based, use the Pilates Studio Equipment to develop your training.
Pilates and Gyrotonic Duet Sessions
A one hour group session, with a maximum of 2 participants
If you have a friend who is interested in Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise, why not share the experience (and the cost) of training with a Duet session? In these sessions, two of you will be taught by one instructor for an hour in either Pilates or Gyrotonic exercise.
Solo Sessions: Available in Pilates
If you have been practicing equipment based Pilates for a suitable length of time and feel comfortable with using the equipment with no instruction, you may be able to come to us for solo sessions. During a solo session, you can use all of the Pilates equipment in the Studio, without instruction.
